Returns & Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Thrasher gear, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Verify that your items are in original condition and that your order was placed within the last 30 days.
Initiate Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items and include the RMA slip inside the package; apply the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
